Qistiq Advance Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of Qistiq Advance, including our website, mobile applications, services, products, and related systems.
1. Purpose
This Policy establishes acceptable and prohibited uses of Qistiq services and helps maintain:

- •Financial security
2. Authorized Use
You may use Qistiq services only for lawful personal financial purposes. You agree to:

- •Use your own identity.
- •Maintain account security.
- •Repay obligations when due.
- •Comply with applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Qistiq to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. Identity Fraud
You may not use another person's identity, create accounts using false information, submit forged documents, submit altered identification documents, or impersonate another individual or organization.
Any attempt to bypass identity verification may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Account Abuse
You may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional advances, share your account with others, transfer account ownership, allow unauthorized access, or use another customer's account.
6. Payment Fraud
You may not use stolen payment methods, submit unauthorized payment information, reverse legitimate payments without valid cause, engage in chargeback abuse, or attempt to avoid repayment obligations.
7. Fraudulent Advance Requests
You may not misrepresent employment, misrepresent income, submit false financial information, provide inaccurate repayment information, or conceal material facts during application review.
8. Money Laundering and Financial Crime
You may not use Qistiq services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud schemes, financial crime, or criminal activity.
Qistiq reserves the right to monitor activity and cooperate with appropriate authorities where required by law.
9. Illegal Activities
You may not use Qistiq services to facilitate illegal goods or services, criminal enterprises, human trafficking, drug trafficking, financial scams, or any unlawful activity.
10. System Abuse
You may not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, interfere with platform operations, introduce malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer protected systems.
11. Automated Access
Unless expressly authorized by Qistiq, you may not use bots, scraping tools, automated account creation tools, or automated methods to access restricted services.
12. Harassment and Abusive Conduct
You may not harass employees, threaten employees, abuse support staff, use offensive language, or submit abusive communications.
Qistiq may terminate interactions that involve abusive behavior.
13. Intellectual Property
You may not copy proprietary content, reproduce Qistiq software, modify protected materials, or use Qistiq trademarks without authorization.
All intellectual property remains the property of Qistiq or its licensors.
14. Privacy Violations
You may not access another customer's information, attempt to collect personal information without authorization, misuse customer data, or violate privacy laws.
15. Fraud Detection and Monitoring
Qistiq may use identity verification systems, fraud detection tools, device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, artificial intelligence systems, and risk scoring models to detect violations of this Policy.
16. Investigations
Qistiq reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy, including review of account activity, device information, login history, payment records, identity verification records, and communications.
Customers may be asked to provide additional information during investigations.
17. Enforcement Actions
If Qistiq determines that this Policy has been violated, Qistiq may issue warnings, restrict account functionality, suspend account access, reduce account limits, deny future advances, terminate accounts, report activity to authorities where required by law, and pursue legal remedies where permitted by law.
Qistiq reserves the right to take action without prior notice when necessary to protect customers, partners, or the platform.
18. No Right to Services
Violation of this Policy may result in loss of access to Qistiq services. Nothing in this Policy guarantees continued access to Qistiq services.

20. Policy Changes
Qistiq may modify this Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication or notification as permitted by applicable law.
