Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Qistiq maintains policies and procedures designed to detect, prevent, and report suspicious activity. Our AML program is intended to help prevent Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Identity Theft, Fraudulent Transactions, Financial Crime, and Sanctions Violations.

Qistiq may monitor account activity and conduct investigations where necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before providing certain services, Qistiq may require customers to complete identity verification procedures including Government-Issued Identification, Passport Verification, Driver License Verification, Selfie Verification, Liveness Detection, Proof of Address, Employment Verification, Income Verification, and Additional Documentation.

Failure to complete required verification procedures may result in denial, restriction, or suspension of services.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and the platform, Qistiq may utilize Device Fingerprinting, Risk Scoring Systems, Fraud Monitoring Tools, Artificial Intelligence Systems, Behavioral Analytics, Transaction Monitoring, Identity Verification Technology, and Security Reviews.

Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Qistiq may use Artificial Intelligence and automated decision-support systems to assist with Risk Assessment, Fraud Detection, Identity Verification Reviews, Customer Support, Financial Health Insights, Collections Assistance, and Credit Limit Recommendations.

AI systems are designed to assist decision-making and may be reviewed by authorized personnel. Qistiq reserves the right to conduct manual reviews and override automated recommendations when appropriate.

Customer Funds

Qistiq does not accept customer deposits and is not a bank. Customer funds, payment processing activities, and regulated financial services may be facilitated by licensed banking partners, payment processors, or authorized service providers. Customers should not treat any Qistiq account as a checking account, savings account, deposit account, or bank account.

Data Privacy & Security

Qistiq implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer information including Data Encryption, Secure Storage, Access Controls, Audit Logging, Multi-Factor Authentication, Security Monitoring, and Fraud Monitoring Systems.

Electronic Records & Signatures

Qistiq utilizes electronic records and electronic signatures. Customers may be asked to consent to Electronic Disclosures, Electronic Communications, Electronic Agreements, and Electronic Signatures.

Electronic records and signatures may have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to borrow only what they need, review repayment obligations carefully, maintain accurate account information, communicate early if financial difficulties arise, and utilize available budgeting and financial wellness tools.

Compliance Reviews

Qistiq may periodically review Customer Accounts, Transaction Activity, Identity Verification Records, Fraud Indicators, Compliance Records, and Security Events.

Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, Qistiq may cooperate with Regulatory Agencies, Government Authorities, Courts, and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Information may be disclosed as required by applicable law.

Licenses & Registrations

Qistiq will obtain and maintain all licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals required for the services it provides. Licensing information will be published on this page as licenses are obtained and become applicable to our operations. Qistiq does not represent that it holds any specific license unless such license has been officially issued by the applicable regulatory authority.
