By accepting a cash advance you authorize Qistiq to process repayments.

Qistiq Advance Payment Authorization Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Payment Authorization Agreement is entered into between Qistiq Advance and the customer identified below.

1. Purpose

This Agreement authorizes Qistiq to collect payments related to cash advances, service fees, membership fees, express funding fees, and other authorized charges disclosed to you.

This authorization remains effective until all outstanding obligations are satisfied or until revoked in accordance with applicable law.

2. Authorized Payment Methods

You authorize Qistiq to process payments using one or more of the following payment methods. United States: ACH Bank Account, Debit Card, Prepaid Card (if accepted), Digital Wallet (if supported). Egypt: Bank Account, Debit Card, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay, and other approved payment methods.

3. Payment Authorization

You authorize Qistiq to:

  • Collect repayment amounts on the scheduled repayment date.
  • Process authorized recurring payments where applicable.
  • Process one-time payments requested by you.
  • Retry failed payments where permitted by applicable law.
  • Verify payment method ownership.

This authorization applies only to amounts disclosed and accepted by you.

4. Recurring Payment Authorization

Where applicable, you authorize Qistiq to process recurring payments related to Premium Membership Plans, Subscription Services, and Approved Payment Arrangements.

Recurring charges will be disclosed before enrollment. You may cancel recurring services subject to applicable terms and conditions.

5. Failed Payment Authorization

If a payment attempt fails, you authorize Qistiq, where permitted by applicable law, to make additional attempts to collect the authorized payment. Qistiq may notify you before or after such attempts as required by applicable law. You remain responsible for any outstanding repayment obligations.

6. Payment Method Changes

You agree to maintain accurate payment information. You must promptly update bank account information, debit card information, wallet information, and contact information.

Qistiq is not responsible for failed payments caused by inaccurate information.

7. Account Verification

You authorize Qistiq to verify account ownership, payment method ownership, identity information, banking information, and transaction information.

Verification may occur at any time to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.

8. Electronic Payment Consent

You consent to electronic payment processing. You acknowledge that payments may be processed electronically, payment confirmations may be delivered electronically, and payment records may be maintained electronically.

9. Revocation of Authorization

You may request to revoke this authorization by contacting Qistiq. However, revocation does not eliminate existing repayment obligations, may affect access to services, and may prevent future advances.

Any revocation will be processed in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.

10. Disputed Payments

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, you must notify Qistiq promptly. Qistiq will review transaction details, authorization records, payment records, and account activity.

Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and company procedures.

11. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and the platform, Qistiq may monitor payment activity, verify account ownership, review suspicious transactions, restrict payment methods, and suspend accounts suspected of fraud.

Fraudulent payment activity may result in account closure and legal action where permitted by law.

12. Collections and Delinquency

If authorized payments are unsuccessful and repayment remains outstanding, Qistiq may send repayment reminders, request updated payment methods, restrict account access, initiate collections review, and pursue lawful remedies where permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Qistiq is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or customer-provided payment errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qistiq's liability shall be limited as provided in the Terms and Conditions.

14. Record Retention

Qistiq may retain records relating to payment authorizations, transaction history, repayment history, authorization changes, and electronic signatures for compliance, operational, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where services are provided. Customers located in the United States and Egypt acknowledge that local legal requirements may apply.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement supplements and forms part of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cash Advance Agreement, Electronic Signature Consent, Collection Policy, and other applicable disclosures.
