Qistiq Advance Fees & Disclosures

1. Important Notice

Qistiq Advance is a financial technology platform. Qistiq Advance is not a bank. All advances are subject to eligibility requirements, verification procedures, risk review, and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

2. Advance Disclosure

Before accepting any advance, you will receive a detailed disclosure showing:

You will be required to review and accept these disclosures before funds are provided.

3. Service Fees — Pay in Full

Qistiq may charge a service fee for Pay in Full advances. The fee is applied to the advance amount and is always disclosed before acceptance. Pay in Full advances are repaid in a single payment on your next scheduled payday. Example (USD): $200 advance — $0 fee (US advances may carry no service fee) — $200 repayment on payday. Example (EGP): 1,000 EGP advance — 40 EGP service fee (4%) — 960 EGP received — 1,000 EGP repayment on payday.

No fee will be charged unless clearly disclosed and accepted by the user.

4. Pay in 4 Plan Fees

The Pay in 4 plan allows eligible users to repay an advance in 4 equal bi-weekly installments. A service fee applies to Pay in 4 advances. The fee is included in the installment amount and is always disclosed before acceptance. Pay in 4 fee rates: • EGP users: 7% of the advance amount • USD users (members): 7.5% of the advance amount Example (EGP): 1,000 EGP advance — 70 EGP fee (7%) — 1,070 EGP total repayment — 4 bi-weekly installments of 267.50 EGP each. Example (USD): $200 advance — $15 fee (7.5%) — $215 total repayment — 4 bi-weekly installments of $53.75 each. Installments are automatically debited every 2 weeks starting from the repayment date. The Pay in 4 plan is available to members and eligible users as determined by Qistiq.

All Pay in 4 fees and installment amounts will be clearly disclosed before the plan is accepted.

5. Express Delivery Fees

Users may choose faster funding options for instant delivery of funds. Standard delivery (1–3 business days) is always free. Express delivery fee rates: • Non-members (USD): $9.00 flat fee per advance • Members (USD): $3.97 flat fee per advance • EGP users: Express delivery via InstaPay — fee disclosed at checkout Express delivery is optional and never required to receive an advance. Example: A $200 advance with express delivery costs $9.00 for non-members ($3.97 for members) — paid at the time of advance request.

The exact express fee will always be shown before you confirm. You may choose free standard delivery at no charge.

6. Qistiq Membership

Qistiq offers an optional monthly membership at $6.99/month (USD users). Membership benefits include: • Reduced express delivery fee: $3.97 per advance (vs. $9.00 for non-members) • Access to the Pay in 4 repayment plan • Higher advance limits • Priority processing and support Membership is billed automatically each month to the card on file. You may cancel at any time — your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Membership is not available to EGP users at this time.

Membership fees, billing date, and cancellation terms are disclosed before enrollment and shown in your account settings.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Certain payment methods may involve processing fees. Where applicable, fees will be displayed before payment authorization.

8. Late Payment Disclosure

If repayment is not received by the due date, Qistiq may restrict account access, reduce future advance eligibility, suspend new advance requests, initiate collections review, and take additional actions permitted by applicable law. For Pay in 4 plans, a missed installment may result in the remaining balance becoming immediately due.

Any applicable charges or consequences will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Repayment Disclosure

Users are responsible for repaying the full disclosed repayment amount. For Pay in Full advances, repayment is due on your next scheduled payday. For Pay in 4 advances, four equal bi-weekly installments are automatically debited on the scheduled dates. Repayment obligations remain valid regardless of account closure requests, device changes, app deletion, or contact information changes.

10. Automatic Payment Authorization

If a user authorizes automatic repayment: Qistiq may attempt to collect repayment using the authorized payment method on the scheduled repayment date(s). For Pay in 4 plans, Qistiq will attempt to collect each installment on its scheduled bi-weekly due date. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available on each due date.

11. Refunds

Fees may not be refundable once services have been provided unless required by law. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with Qistiq policies and applicable regulations.

12. Collection Disclosure

Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection activities where permitted by applicable law, including email reminders, SMS, push notifications, phone contact, and external collections services.

13. Credit Reporting Disclosure

Qistiq may maintain internal repayment and performance records. Future eligibility, limits, and approvals may be affected by repayment history, account standing, fraud indicators, and risk assessments.

14. AI and Automated Systems Disclosure

Qistiq may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with risk scoring, fraud detection, KYC review, customer support, limit recommendations, and collections assistance.

Automated systems may be reviewed by authorized personnel.

15. No Guarantee of Future Advances

Receiving one approved advance does not guarantee approval of future advances. Qistiq may increase limits, decrease limits, modify approval criteria, or suspend eligibility at its discretion and subject to applicable law.
