Qistiq Advance Fees & Disclosures

This Fees & Disclosures Statement provides important information regarding fees, charges, repayment obligations, and other disclosures related to Qistiq Advance services.
1. Important Notice
Qistiq Advance is a financial technology platform. Qistiq Advance is not a bank. All advances are subject to eligibility requirements, verification procedures, risk review, and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Advance Disclosure
Before accepting any advance, you will receive a detailed disclosure showing:

You will be required to review and accept these disclosures before funds are provided.
3. Service Fees
Qistiq may charge service fees for approved advances. The exact fee will always be disclosed before acceptance. Example (USD): $200 advance — $10 fee — $190 received — $200 repayment. Example (EGP): 5,000 EGP advance — 150 EGP fee — 4,850 EGP received — 5,000 EGP repayment.
No fee will be charged unless clearly disclosed and accepted by the user.
4. Express Funding Fees
Users may choose faster funding options where available, such as instant debit card, wallet, or InstaPay transfers.
Additional fees may apply. The exact fee will be disclosed before the user selects the funding option.
5. Premium Membership Fees
Qistiq may offer optional premium membership plans including higher limits, faster approvals, reduced fees, priority support, and additional financial tools.
Membership fees, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be disclosed prior to enrollment.
6. Payment Processing Fees
Certain payment methods may involve processing fees. Where applicable, fees will be displayed before payment authorization.
7. Late Payment Disclosure
If repayment is not received by the due date, Qistiq may restrict account access, reduce future advance eligibility, suspend new advance requests, initiate collections review, and take additional actions permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable charges or consequences will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Repayment Disclosure
Users are responsible for repaying the full disclosed repayment amount. Repayment obligations remain valid regardless of account closure requests, device changes, app deletion, or contact information changes.
9. Automatic Payment Authorization
If a user authorizes automatic repayment: Qistiq may attempt to collect repayment using the authorized payment method on the scheduled repayment date. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
10. Refunds
Fees may not be refundable once services have been provided unless required by law. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with Qistiq policies and applicable regulations.
11. Collection Disclosure
Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection activities where permitted by applicable law, including email reminders, SMS, push notifications, phone contact, and external collections services.
12. Credit Reporting Disclosure
Qistiq may maintain internal repayment and performance records. Future eligibility, limits, and approvals may be affected by repayment history, account standing, fraud indicators, and risk assessments.
13. AI and Automated Systems Disclosure
Qistiq may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with risk scoring, fraud detection, KYC review, customer support, limit recommendations, and collections assistance.
Automated systems may be reviewed by authorized personnel.
14. No Guarantee of Future Advances
Receiving one approved advance does not guarantee approval of future advances. Qistiq may increase limits, decrease limits, modify approval criteria, or suspend eligibility at its discretion and subject to applicable law.
