Qistiq Advance Collection Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Collection Policy explains how Qistiq Advance manages overdue accounts, repayment reminders, delinquent advances, and collection activities.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Collection Policy is to:

  • Encourage responsible repayment.
  • Assist customers experiencing payment difficulties.
  • Maintain fair and professional collection practices.
  • Protect the financial stability of the platform.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Repayment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for repaying all approved advances on or before the repayment date disclosed at the time of acceptance. Repayment obligations remain valid even if the mobile application is deleted, the account is closed, contact information changes, or payment methods are updated.

3. Payment Reminders

Qistiq may send repayment reminders before and after the due date via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, and Customer Support Outreach. Reminders may be sent 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the due date, on the due date, and 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days after the due date.

4. Failed Payment Attempts

If an authorized payment cannot be processed, Qistiq may:

  • Notify the customer
  • Request updated payment information
  • Retry payment where permitted by applicable law
  • Offer repayment assistance options

The customer remains responsible for repayment.

5. Account Delinquency

An account may be considered delinquent if payment is not received by the scheduled repayment date. Delinquent accounts may be assigned statuses including: Due Soon, Past Due, Delinquent, Collections Review, Legal Review, Closed.

6. Account Restrictions

Qistiq may apply account restrictions to delinquent accounts, including:

  • Suspension of new advance requests
  • Reduction of advance limits
  • Temporary account restrictions
  • Additional verification requirements

Eligibility for future advances may be affected by repayment performance.

7. Customer Assistance

Customers experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact Qistiq as soon as possible. Qistiq may, at its discretion, review repayment circumstances, discuss available options, and offer repayment arrangements where appropriate.

Any accommodation is voluntary and does not waive repayment obligations.

8. Collection Activities

If repayment remains outstanding, Qistiq may engage in collection efforts consistent with applicable law including reminder emails, SMS messages, phone calls, in-app communications, internal collections review, and external collection services where legally permitted.

All collection activities must comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Legal Review

Accounts with prolonged non-payment may be reviewed for potential legal action where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy obligates Qistiq to pursue legal action.

10. Fraudulent Accounts

Accounts involving identity theft, fake documents, false information, payment fraud, or account manipulation may be subject to immediate restriction, investigation, account closure, and legal reporting where permitted by law.

11. Credit and Internal Performance Records

Qistiq may maintain internal repayment records. Repayment history may affect future approvals, advance limits, risk assessments, and eligibility for premium features.

12. Communication Consent

By using Qistiq services, customers consent to receiving collection-related communications through Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Telephone Calls.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

13. Customer Rights

Customers may request account information, review repayment details, contact customer support, dispute account errors, and submit complaints through appropriate channels.

Qistiq will review disputes in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

14. No Waiver of Rights

Failure by Qistiq to immediately enforce any right or remedy does not waive that right or remedy. Acceptance of partial payments does not waive any remaining repayment obligation unless expressly agreed in writing.

15. Policy Changes

Qistiq may update this Collection Policy from time to time. Updates will become effective upon publication or notification as permitted by applicable law.

By using Qistiq services, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for repaying the advance.
You understand that collection communications may occur if payment is overdue.
You understand that delinquent accounts may become subject to collections review.
You understand that future eligibility may be affected by repayment history.
You agree to this Collection Policy.
